Mark Richard Acres (born November 15, 1962) is an American former professional basketball player who spent most of his career in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was a 6'11", 220 lb (100 kg) power forward/center. Acres attended Palos Verdes High School in Palos Verdes Estates, California, and was selected as a Parade All-American and played in the 1981 McDonald's All-American Game.
