The constitutional court in the Democratic Republic of Congo has rejected an appeal by opposition presidential contender Martin Fayulu, upholding victory of another opposition candidate Felix Tshisekedi.

Mr Fayulu’s supporters had argued that Mr Tshisekedi made a power-sharing deal with outgoing President Joseph Kabila.
Mr Tshisekedi’s team denies this.
